Refund Policy

I Got Jewelz accepts returns for a refund or store credit. We accept back only unworn, undamaged with its original packaging jewelry. You can return your product WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RECEIPT. Please contact us at [email protected] with the order number, photos of the jewelry and let us know in details why you would like to return or exchange it. After receiving all the data, we will inform you if the return is justified and possible. We do not accept scratched items, items with missing stones, missing spare parts of the items. Items on SALE will not be accepted for returns. All shipping fees are paid but the customer. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. If you do not receive the funds owed within a week of your refund being processed, please contact us at [email protected]. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted, the refund of the purchased goods shall not be paid and will be sent back to you.
